Most retreats ask you to arrive as an athlete, a yogi, or a birder. Wonder in Motion just asks you to show up — whether you're coming because you love the outdoors, or because you're running on empty and need permission to stop. We built this retreat around one belief: that paying attention — to a birdsong, to your breath, to your own footsteps — is its own kind of practice. Some mornings that looks like a sunrise trail run. Some mornings it looks like standing still with binoculars, waiting. Both count. Love of nature is at the heart of what we do. It's not a bonus activity — it's the thing that ties the whole weekend together, led with real love for being in nature, not just a script.
